Who we are

What we collect
When you send a quote request, we receive what you type into the form:
- your name, phone number and, if you add it, your email address;
- the address and ZIP code of the job;
- the service you need and any notes about the project;
- photos you choose to upload.
We also record which page you sent the form from and how you reached our site (for example a search result or an ad, including standard campaign tags). Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
How we use it
- to call or text you about your request and set up the on-site visit;
- to prepare your quote and do the work you hire us for;
- to see which pages and ads bring in requests, so we can improve them;
- to keep the site secure and block spam.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your project.
Calls and text messages
By sending a quote request, you agree that we may call or text you at the number you give us about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the site and our follow-up, and only for those purposes:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site, stores form submissions and photos, and filters spam;
- Brevo, which delivers our email;
- Telegram, which notifies our team that a new request has arrived.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies and browser storage
The site remembers your light or dark theme choice in your browser, and keeps the campaign details of your visit for the length of that visit so they can be attached to a quote request. [Analytics: describe the tool and its cookies here if one is added.]
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for [period] so we can follow up on your job and its warranty, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
